Party Night is my third anime shrine, dedicated to the super crazy/cute series, DiGi Charat. I can't really explain why I love this series so much; it's essentially just a glorified commercial for a store,
but there is just something horribly adorable and addictive about the adventures of Dejiko and Friends. It opened sometime in June 2001, hosted on my former domain, ProjectMariko.net. It was also chosen as one of
Anipike's Weekly Web Picks. Amazingly, I managed to keep screencaps of all the Party Night layouts, which for me is a goddamn miracle. D:

June 2001 (feat. Dejiko of DiGi Charat)
I really believe that it's impossible to make a bad Dejiko layout. She's just so goddamn cute. This first layout was really simple, a very vibrant green with a big picture of Dejiko plastered on it. The text area was kind of tiny, but I was okay with it
on this layout. My only complaint here is that there wasn't much room for growth in this version (ie: I couldn't add any new sections, not much index text area for updates) so I had to make a new layout when I wanted to update the information.

February 2002 (feat. Dejiko of DiGi Charat)
Even though it looks different from the previous layout, I feel like this layout looks similar to it -- mostly due to the green and the Dejiko images. Personally, I think it's because the majority of the DiGi Charat images out there are Dejiko ones, so
naturally she would have the best images to work with. In any case, I liked this layout about the same as the previous one. It's simple, it works.

July 2003 (feat. Dejiko, Puchiko, & Rabi~en~Rose of DiGi Charat)
I totally LOVE this layout, it's one of my favourite ones that I've ever done. It's so simple and has all the checkmarks that I love to put into layouts: roomy and readable text areas, cute rollovers (if you rolled over the menu there, a little pixel
catbell would appear), a flexible way to add new content (ie: an unrestricted text area), and even a cute pixel background. I was extremely reluctant to even change this layout, but after a few years of it being up, I made the decision to update
and take down my beloved layout. I really love this layout. If I had to summarize my ideal layout, I would point at this screenshot. :D

February 2007 (feat. Puchiko & Rabi~en~Rose of DiGi Charat)
I decided to use an image of Rabi~en~Rose and Puchiko instead of my urge to use another Dejiko image, and the result is this pink overload! Pink is one of my favourite colours (if not my favourite, period) so I don't mind it so much, but I imagine
some people visiting the site totally went all "WTF" when they saw the rampant pinkness. Though not as perfect as the previous layout, I still do really like this version. My favourite part has to be the rollovers -- when they're moused over, a little
pixel crying Gema appears. It'll be a while before I get sick of this layout....
