party night ver4 ++ a general digi charat shrine

This is Party Night's fourth version, and I decided to feature Rabi~en~Rose and Puchiko as covergirls this time around, since I've used Dejiko way too many times for other layouts. The images used on this layout and on the guestbook were found at Anime Project Alliance. The following programs were used to make this layout: Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Adobe Image Ready 7.0, Araneae 4.5, Irfan View 3.3, and WS_ftp 95. Fonts featured are: Tahoma (main body text), Libby Script ("Party Night" header), and Small Fonts (navigation menu).

Party Night has been online since July of 2001, and was my third anime shrine-ish thing that I opened on my collective/domain. It was at first hosted on a free host (Stas.net -- no longer around), then was shortly housed at my first domain, ProjectMariko.net. After losing that domain, I ended up moving this site to my current domain at Elusive-Heaven.net, where it's been sitting for a good three years or so. Even though I love DiGi Charat and anime in general, I haven't been updating as much as I'd like -- but this site is in no way finished or closing down!

Q: Can I use some of the written content here on my own site?
Not without my permission. A lot of people have asked to use my episode summaries, and my answer is mostly no. It took a lot of time to write all those summaries, so I'm very protective of them. But I have made exceptions for my other content (like excerpts from the character info sections), so the best thing to do is ask me first before taking anything.

Q: Can I have one of the old Party Night layouts? You're not using it anymore.
I'm surprised at how many people have asked me this. No, you can't have one of my old layouts.

Q: You're spelling Dejiko's name wrong! It's Digiko!
As a general rule of thumb, I just go by the spelling that my fansubs use -- and the majority of my fansubs use "Dejiko". I have seen the "Digiko" spelling, and to be honest, I don't care much for it. I find "Dejiko" more aesthetically pleasing. I'm not japanese myself, but my researching has confirmed that most sites/resources list her name as "Dejiko" as well.

Q: Where are you getting all these fansubs?
At first, it was my boyfriend who was finding all the anime that we watch (he used IRC and other downloady things that I didn't know how to use). But now, anyone with a decent connection and half a brain can download fansubbed anime -- simply find a bit torrent client and a fansub bit torrent site. I'm not going to give you an explanation on how to do it, you can simply Google it up. Along the way, I've picked up a few DiGi Charat DVDs too, which you can pick up at most import shops.

Q: Can you put up more images/music files? Or even DiGi Charat episodes?
I put up what I can. There's tonnes of other sites with good quality DiGi Charat images, so why not go there instead? But I'll never put up episodes for download, since that's just asking for a headache.

Q: Would you like to be my sister site/affiliate?
I'm not really big on affiliations or sister sites, but I've had a few over the years. You can always ask me, though.
