Paya Paya is an odd creature. He appears to be a caterpillar with small butterfly wings, with the head of an old, balding man. He appears every so often and says a few cryptic lines about "being good to mother nature" and likes to show off all his money -- and he seems to have a fixation with cleaning everything that's wrong with the world. He keeps saying things about "making a place where good earth loving children can meet", and likes to denounce anything that clashes with the idea of living a simple lifestyle. He tends to want to destroy things that don't agree with him.
Paya Paya seems to do little else but slither around Akihabara and make overdramatic environmental comments. He doesn't seem to like buildings, because they interfere with nature. He seems to be a character that contradicts himself constantly -- he claims that living in the city is killing his spirit and body, but he shows off his money at every chance. He wants to make a place where good children can meet, but is convinced that good children like bugs and ugly things. Sometimes, he also ends his sentences with the word "-payan". Oddly, he seems to have a fixation on Pyoko...
