++ ABOUT ANKORO KINAKO (GRANDMA)

Ankoro Kinako (or as she's commonly called by everyone, "Grandma") is the wife of Ankoro Daifuku (Grandpa). Both Grandma and Grandpa own Ankoro House, a local pastry/confectionary shop located in the Manekineko Shopping District. During DiGi Charat Nyo, episode 2, Grandma takes it upon herself to protect Puchiko from danger, as Puchiko wanders around, looking for Dejiko and Gema -- though as many past episodes have shown, Puchiko is more than capable of taking care of herself.
Puchiko ends up living with Grandma and Grandpa at Ankoro House, where she helps out in the shop from time to time. Grandma and Grandpa have even made a special pastry in honour of Puchiko, that they call "Puchikoyaki". The pastries are a big hit with customers, and Puchiko quickly becomes the little pastry shop's "idol".
Grandma is horribly overprotective of Puchiko, and will sometimes follow Puchiko around town, to make sure that she gets to her destination safely. Unfortunately, Grandma can't really keep up with Puchiko and often runs into more trouble than Puchiko herself. Even though Puchiko is fairly self-sufficient, Grandma can't help but feel overprotective because she feels as if Puchiko is just like one of her own grandchildren, so she wants to go out of her way to take care of Puchiko.
Grandma also apparently loves to juggle. When she's in a good mood, she'll just start juggling, much like how Grandpa plays cat's cradle all the time.
