Episode 1: Dejiko arrives, nyo!
("Digiko ga kita nyo!")

One day, a strange cat-shaped spaceship arrives at Akihabara. Dejiko, along with Puchiko and Gema, have come to Akihabara to follow Dejiko's dream of becoming an idol. Because they have no money, they are in need of a place to stay. Luckily, someone offers them lodging -- and it happens to be the Manager of a popular store called "Gamers". Since Gema inadvertently said that they couldn't possibly take their rooms for free, the Manager offers them jobs at Gamers, to pay for their rent. Dejiko and the gang agree, and become workers at Gamers. Just when everything seems to be going great, a shadow appears, laughing mockingly...

Episode 2: Please, call me Rabi~en~Rose.
("Rabi~en~Rose to yobinasai.")

The mysterious shadow (that appeared from Episode 1) laughs some more, and disappears. Dejiko thinks it'll come back, but it really has disappeared -- and she calls it "the laughing ghost". Meanwhile, Dejiko, Puchiko, and Gema are out running an errand for the Manager, and they hear "the laughing ghost" again -- only to discover that it's really a girl! Dejiko is knocked aside, only to be hit by a car, falling into the river, and almost getting eaten by a big fish. The ghost introduces herself as Rabi~en~Rose -- and proclaims herself as Dejiko's rival. When they get back at the store, a new store assistant is introduced, who is none other than Rabi~en~Rose! It turns out Rabi's real name is Usada Hikaru. Dejiko takes the opportunity to annoy Rabi, by telling everyone her real name, and Rabi finds out that Puchiko is also somewhat of a rival...

Episode 3: A scary store?
("Kowai omise?")

A boy seems to be hanging around outside Gamers. Takurou Minegawa is actually afraid to go inside the store, since everyone there seems to be weird -- and Minegawa is somewhat of a scaredy-cat. After seeing Dejiko shoot a group of "eye-shopping" customers, he cowers outside, wondering if he'll survive a trip into the store. The reason that Minegawa is there is because he wants a set of "Tetsu-Ashi Johnny" trading cards. Once inside, he finds Rabi~en~Rose, who caught one of her rabbit ears in one of the bookcases, and has been trapped for a whole day. He frees her, and is relieved to finally meet a normal store clerk. She offers to show him the trading card section -- which happens to be the scariest part of the store. Rabi~en~Rose, Dejiko, and Puchiko start charging him outrageous prices, and when Minegawa realizes that he has no money, Rabi instead gives them for free. But what Minegawa doesn't know is that the cards are cursed -- Dejiko says that they don't even order them, and they keep showing up...

Episode 4: What the hell is that?
("Nanda koitsu?")

Dejiko, Puchiko, and Gema are out on a picnic. Dejiko wants to have their picnic high atop a scary mountain peak, but Puchiko refuses and says she won't go, and that's she's already hungry. Gema insists that there's something wrong with the mountain, and the forest that surrounds the foot of the mountain. Gema demonstrates by entering the forest, and suddenly changes into an ugly monster, with an appetite for meat. Dejiko tells him to stop joking, and decides to have the picnic where they are. While eating, Rabi~en~Rose shows up and throws dust all over their food -- to which Dejiko promptly shoots her down with her laser beams. And suddenly, a strange bear appears. Dejiko is scared of it, and as it approaches, Dejiko and company make a run for it. When they get back to Gamers, the strange bear creature is in their rooms, so Dejiko proceeds to try to burn it with her laser beams, and reduces the room to rubble. The bear ends up living at Gamers, inside a cardboard box that reads "Please, take what you want."

Episode 5: Mr. Long Hair.
("Lon-ge-san.")

Takurou Kimura has a problem. He has a great obsession with the japanese language, and is disturbed to hear about individuals who end their sentences strangely. Kimura then sets off to Gamers, to try to "warn" these individuals. He finds Dejiko, and starts to bug her about her using "-nyo" at the end of her sentences; but of course, she refuses to stop. Kimura then bumps into Gema, and has a near nervous breakdown as he hears Gema adding "-gema" to his sentence. Not only that, but the customers also seem to be picking up this trend! Kimura melts into a puddle of frustration, but suddenly meets Puchiko. Kimura instantly is won over, and introduces himself, only to realize that Puchiko affixes "-nyu" at the end of her sentences! Stricken with conflict, he then offers to buy Puchiko, to which Dejiko replies "Puchiko is not for sale, nyo!"

Episode 6: Eerie buu!
("Bukimi buu!")

The episode starts with Dejiko and the gang prepping the store for opening. Dejiko and Rabi~en~Rose have a mock fight with broomsticks, which inadvertently breaks Dejiko's mop. One of Rabi's swipes also apparently hit Dejiko's tail. Later, Dejiko is sent out by the Manager for an errand, to buy "something" at the "Something Store". But suddenly, Dejiko's tail falls off, without her noticing! Dejiko's fanboys, Yoshimi and Takeshi find her tail, and while fighting over it, they accidently tumble down a hole and end up at the "Hell Store". The creature there wants Dejiko's tail, and is willing to give Yoshimi and Takeshi whatever they want in exchange. Both adamantly refuse, and insist that they must take Dejiko's tail back to her. Meanwhile, Puchiko points out that Dejiko's tail is missing -- and while Dejiko is wondering what to do, Yoshimi and Takeshi fall from the ceiling (looking a little fried, by the way) and return her tail. They introduce themselves, but Dejiko reads their kanji spellings and instead calls them "bukimi-san", meaning "weird ones".

Episode 7: Gema gema psshhuu...
("Gema gema psshhuu...")

Dejiko comes up with an idea to use both Kimura and Minegawa in a naughty manga, so that she can cash in lots of money at the next doujinshi sale. Gema pops her bubble by telling her it's wrong, and Dejiko spazzes, and boots Gema out of the store, into a river. Minegawa and Kimura tell her that she shouldn't be mean to Gema -- Dejiko brushes them off, wondering why there are so many odd people at Gamers. Suddenly, screams can be heard outside the store, and it turns out that Gema has swollen up into a monster ball, due to all the water he soaked up in the river! He rolls after Dejiko, planning to squash her flat (for kicking him in the river). Just as Gema starts to squish Dejiko, he suddenly needs to go to the bathroom. Gema returns, only now, he's back to normal size. All he needed to do was go to the bathroom to get rid of all the water. Rabi~en~Rose quickly tells the audience to ignore any details about Gema's bathroom trip.

Episode 8: My beam won't come out, nyu...
("Beam ga denai nyu...")

Puchiko is outside, practicing to get her "laser beams" to shoot at will. After flopping a few times, Takurou Kimura appears and tells Puchiko that a laser beam is the product of a person's heightening anger and the situation the person is in. When Puchiko is eating with Dejiko and Gema, she watches Dejiko and notes that Dejiko is really good at getting angry. Before going to bed, Puchiko promises to practice getting angry. Just before she closes her eyes, Dejiko's leg lands painfully on Puchiko, causing her to move across the room to get some sleep -- but not before piling the room's furniture on Dejiko, to make sure her leg stays put. Just as Puchiko thinks she's safe, Gema flies around the room and lands on Puchiko -- but this time Puchiko's eye-laser beam kicks in and sends Gema flying. Puchiko is happy that she can finally do it, and the next morning, Dejiko and Gema fight over the strange things that happened to them the night before. Puchiko goes out to practice again, and Kimura tells her that she'll one day get it right.. or maybe not?

("Sorenari ni romantic...")

Takurou Minegawa is lying on the grass, because he has a bad stomachache. He picked up a piece of Natto bread lying on the road, and ate it -- which gave him a bad case of gas/diarrhea. Rabi~en~Rose (dressed in a schoolgirl uniform) sees him, and gives him some medecine to cure his discomfort. She suddenly runs off, leaving Minegawa on the park bench. Minegawa finds a dice mascot that Rabi~en~Rose dropped, and decides to bring it back to her. Meanwhile, Rabi has changed from her schoolgirl uniform into her normal rabbit ears and idol outfit. Running after her, Minegawa wonders about the dice mascot, and he is suddenly beaned by one of Rabi's dice clips. She apologizes and they both sit down. Minegawa asks her about her affinity for dice, and she tells him a story about her parents wanting her to become an idol -- by starting off in absolute poverty. Her parents sailed off, and left her a pair of dice to remind her of her idol destiny. Minegawa doesn't still doesn't understand. Dejiko appears, telling Rabi to stop skipping work, and both get all sparkly and argue about who the number one idol is.

The shadow runs away, but Minegawa thinks he heard the sound of bells, and saw the shadow of cat-ears. Minegawa goes to Gamers the next day and tells the whole gang about the incident -- Rabi~en~Rose concludes that it was Dejiko who ate Minegawa's melon bread. Dejiko denies it, but Puchiko and Gema agree as well. Minegawa also remembers that the shadow said "-nyo", but Dejiko still denies doing anything. Takurou Kimura recounts his story, where he ran into a strange shadow -- which farted in his face, causing him to soil his pants (he had diarrhea). Everyone seems to believe Dejiko was the culprit -- but Dejiko comes up with a plan to bribe everyone with Deji-Candy. Suddenly, the shadow appears and eats the Deji-Candy! The real culprit eats all the candy and walks away.

Apparently, Dejiko had been possessed by the spirit of the uneaten clams. Rabi~en~Rose tried to wake up Dejiko by kicking her, but Dejiko still wouldn't budge. Takurou Kimura comes out of nowhere and explains that the clam spirit must be exorcised, and he brought Takurou Minegawa with him, because Minegawa has previous experience in exorcism. Minegawa performed the ritual, and ended it with hitting Dejiko with his stick, which caused her to wake up -- and not remember anything that had happened. Suddenly, Puchiko starts to act like a snail. Everyone looks at Minegawa, and Minegawa apologizes, as he doesn't know how to exorcise snail spirits...

Dejiko also replied that they had no rice. Minagawa offers some melon bread to Abarenbou, but he declines. Takeshi and Yoshimi step in to help Dejiko, by offering Abarenbou the rice ball and beef sausage that they had. After eating the food, Abarenbou regained some of his energy and was ready to "rampage", and Dejiko was raring for a fight. All of a sudden, Abarenbou said that he was done "rampaging" -- which confuses Dejiko. She thinks that he moved so fast, that she didn't see his attack, and thus was defeated. Abarenbou commented that Gamers was a nice store, and left without really making a fuss. Puchiko later says that he really didn't do anything at all...
